The purpose of this organization is to activate that potential through disciplined membership, collective organization, and sustained brotherhood.
This Website will outlines the organizational identity, membership model, operational structure, and strategic growth plan for The Allegiance. It is presented to those Black men who are prepared to move beyond complaint, beyond observation, and into the only posture that produces permanent change: winning.
